Job descriptions: 

- Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Actively manage and develop partners, maintain good relationships with all partners in designated area
  • Ensure good and consistent service experience for all customers  
  • Collect feedback and responsible for improvement of Service Points to meeting customer’s demand 
  • Work with regional product owners and functions to constantly implement new ideas for reach and cost optimization

- Process Management

  • Provide data analysis and analytical business cases to management regarding the direction of tactical programs/ initiatives. 
  • Set targets for retail partners in terms of revenues and shipments 
  • Develop and deploy incentive models to drive revenue 
  • Conduct retail audit reviews with market research and provide reporting scorecards to highlight retail status on customer service levels 
  • Implement measures for continuous cost optimization  
  • Development, monitoring and enhancement of POS.

Requirements: 

  • 0-2 years’ strategic planning experience in retail/ e-commerce or express logistics
  • Basic knowledge about E-commerce, Logistics
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good Problem-solving Skill
