Responsibilities:
● Ensure purchasing, sourcing, planning, costing functions operate effectively and legally. Develop, manage & control sources, cost of purchasing & planning to match with business growth.
● Coordinate with heads of business on business & purchasing planning
● Ensure policies and processes are efficient and strictly complied
● Build & grow purchasing team under direct supervision
● Understand operations to advise most suitable equipment and facilities
● Support Chief Accountant/Finance Managers/COO in related strategic initiatives
Eligibility:
● 5+ years of similar working experience in a medium to large corporate (annual revenue >$30mil) with exposure to broad range of services and products in demand. Experience with managing at least $300-500k purchasing budget.
● Experience with Oracle
● Strong business acumen
● Strong analytical & negotiation skills
● Good English & communication skills
