• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to GHN’s Big/FDI Customers (top e-commerce players in VN)
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of GHN’s logistic solutions
• (mostly by Warehouse/Last-mile/Fulfillment) according to customer needs and objectives
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth volume/revenue of customers
• Lead a team of 10 Account executives to get these above requirements.
• At least 3 years working as Account/B2B Sales/Business Development or equivalent position.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Experience of team management from >=5 members for at least 2 years
• Presentation skill and good communication (both English and Vietnamese)
• Organizational skills: must manage time and budget efficiently
• Good Computer (especially office: excel, power point) skill.
