I. Supporting
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware/software issues for about 200 end users, including users at remote sites within the Scommerce Group area.
- Provide technical support, software and hardware installation (Network connection, Printer, Scan, Computer, Ncomputing, Think Client, Laptop, Macbook, Projector, Wifi, Gmail, Outlook, Windows..)
- Technical services and support at the network: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Write user guide for user
- Work with ISP setup internet line
II. Management Fixed Asset
- Periodically do reports and report to IT Helpdesk Team Leader
- Responsible for management and follow fixed asset at Warehouse
- Periodically Check list fixed asset monthly
III. Network Administrator & Security
- Monitoring and maintaining Infrastructure systems Network and Security (Internet lines, Router, Switch)
- Participate in developing/ managing IT infrastructure and security systems
IV. Setup projects expansion
- Join with IT Network System team to the setup System Network (LAN, WAN) for new office
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- College of Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ experience about IT Helpdesk, IT Support , IT Administrator or IT Network system
- Certificate of MCSA or CCNA
- English: elementary level
- know configuration & setup Internet connection, LAN Cable Network, Wifi, PC, Laptop, Printer, Server, File Server, Switch layer2, layer3, Router Cisco, Vigor, VPN connection, Firewall.
- Certificate of MCSE, CEH, CCNP, VMWARE VSPHERE, LPI 1 & 2
- Experience development script auto
