JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Build and maintain Quality Management procedures

• Collect all data related to Quality and reviews from internal system and external source to establish weekly report showing facts of AhaMove Rating

• Build reports with actionable items that help increase Rating point and reduce user bad’s reviews

• Adjust and issue policies ensure Quality increase

2. Develop tatical plans to increase average Rating

 • Set action/ Timeline to achieve Quality target monthly

• Forecast cost

• Coordinate with order departments and teammates to ensure that the plan follows with the company plan

3. Manage Suppliers satisfaction

• Communicate with existing Suppliers to maintain them on the system and improve their engagement

• Reengage with inactive/churned Suppliers to attract them back to the system

• Build and maintain driver relationship on social media like Facebook/Zalo

• Manage day-to-day administration works like making payment or resolving driver related issues.

4. Develop/adjust training programs to ensure Quality policy affected

 • Create and update training segments on the training process to improve Quality

• Go over to ensure the training process is suitable

5. Eliminate factors that affect Average Rating point and customer experience s

 • Categorize factors that have bad effects on AhaMove Review/ Rating

• Create Supplier Rejection process

• Reject Suppliers are not suitable

REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE

- Understand how e-commerce operates in Vietnam, SEA, and other markets.

- Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics service in Vietnam: characteristics, competition

ATTITUDE 

- Customer-centric mindset

- Result-oriented

- Enthusiasm and passionate

SKILLS  

- Good Excel skill.

- Good emotional skill

- English

- Business planning skill (volume/revenue forecast, fact and data analysis, research and collecting market information…)

WORKING EXPERIENCES 

- At least 6 months working as Account/ Human Resource/ Customer services position
