- Fulfill the demand from AhaMove Business Development department
• Coordinate with Business Development department to prepare monthly recruitment plan
• Coordinate with Marketing team to recruit drivers on online/offline channels
• Manage Growth team to recruit/train drivers. Improve operations process, recruitment/training
• Manage Policy team to implement policies to ensure driver productivity and retention
- Fulfill the demand from Key Accounts
- Manage Driver Quality – Risk Management team to improve driver quality, reduce fraud rate and risk:
• Build report with actionable items that help increase Driver Rating point and reduce negative user reviews
• Adjust and issue policies ensure Quality increase
- Manage Call Center - Customer Support team:
• Manage Call Center agent to fulfill incoming calls from drivers and customers
• Manage Customer Support to answer all the inquires from drivers and customers
• Understand how Ecommerce operates in Vietnam, SEA, and other markets.
• Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics service in Vietnam: characteristics, competition .
• Management consulting, engineering, audit, supply chain/operations management, ecommerce background .
• Manage a team of 5 people and above .
• Good Excel skill.
• Leadership/people management skill .
• Data analysis. SQL experience is a plus .
