Job Description:
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
- Oversee the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazines advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, road shows and liaising with designers, copywriters, purchasing

- Generating names for new and existing services, coming up with ideas for new MKT items and promotions campaign
- Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Coordinating the launch program to external customers as well as employees.
Requirement:
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of marketing management experience
- Understanding product / service business development
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional activities.
- Have both digital and traditional marketing background is highly recommended
- Have good analytical skills
- Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
